Thomas Saujet – Managing Member, SAUJET Holdings
Thomas Saujet is the visionary Founder and Managing Member of SAUJET Holdings, a next-generation luxury investment firm dedicated to building and partnering with exceptional brands in the beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle space. Drawing on nearly three decades of global experience, Thomas brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight, creative vision, and deep industry relationships to everything SAUJET Holdings touches.
Thomas’s career began in 1996 with the founding of International Cosmetics & Perfumes (ICP), the same year he launched Hanae Mori Parfums in the U.S. Alongside his brother Emmanuel, Thomas built ICP into one of the most respected distributors of niche luxury fragrances. Under his leadership, ICP secured the exclusive distribution of the House of Creed, transforming the storied fragrance house into a top-selling brand at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew, El Palacio de Hierro, and other luxury retailers around the world.
In addition to his wholesale expertise, Thomas led Creed’s direct-to-consumer expansion in North America, opening 11 freestanding boutiques across key markets and launching the brand’s e-commerce channel, which helped modernize its presence and build deeper relationships with loyal clients. His ability to shape both digital and physical retail strategies solidified Creed’s position as a global leader in luxury fragrance.
His achievements earned him recognition from TIME as a “Person to Watch in International Business,” along with features in WORTH Magazine and Women’s Wear Daily. In 2022, ICP was acquired by BlackRock, followed by a subsequent sale to KERING in 2023. Thomas stepped down as CEO in July 2024 to establish SAUJET Holdings, marking the beginning of a new chapter focused on highly curated, hands-on brand development.
The legacy of SAUJET Holdings is rooted in family and French luxury heritage. Thomas is the son of Claude Saujet, a pioneer in international luxury who held senior roles across fragrance, jewelry, fashion, and accessories—shaping the identity of iconic maisons such as Harry Winston, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Yves Saint Laurent. That generational expertise and taste remain embedded in the mission and philosophy of SAUJET Holdings today.
Thomas is a graduate of Tufts University, where he serves on the Advisory Board for Arts & Sciences. Outside of his professional life, Thomas is deeply committed to family. His wife Hannah is an entrepreneur and founder of Saujette, a luxury retail concept with boutiques in Larchmont and Southampton, known for its curation of international fashion and accessories, as well as her own Saujette label. Together, they are raising three sons—Theodore, Felix, and Raphael—while continuing to build a family legacy centered on beauty, intention, and elevated living.
Through its personal heritage, global reach, and refined perspective, SAUJET Holdings is redefining what it means to grow with purpose in the world of modern luxury.
